From first walkthrough to final check
We offer thorough, full-service estate sales — from our first walkthrough to the day we hand you your check. Our team will stage your home, research and price every item, run a 2–3 day sale, and get you paid.
We charge a sliding-scale commission from 40% of sold items, with no upfront or hidden costs. Clean-outs and light cleaning are available as add-ons, and the cost can be deducted from your sale proceeds.
